This is when Ye tried to perform Hey Mama.
He got to a certain point and he put his head down into his hands while holding the mic stand.
He held this pose for a while and the stadium was just watching him have his moment. I was the first to scream to cheer him on, the rest of the crowd followed. He then collapsed into this position, this song was probably too heavy for him to perform. He put his hand toward backstage signaling to stop the music.
Then he cut to Street Lights (One of my most favorite songs by him, holy shit).
Needless to say I was a HOT MESS throughout this whole ordeal.
The thought he put into this tour and show is, I think, more than what most other artists put into it. Everything in this show was pure art. The twelve dancers, the setlist, the lighting, the way he reached down in to the crowd, everything was so symbolic. I was blown away to say the least.
